Purchase Terms

For purchases of this item, we will directly be sending out from factory side to you. This will will take around 7-9 working days for delivery and tracking number will be updated and emailed to you as well.

During the estimated lead time delivery period(7-9 working days)

• No change of delivery address
• No cancellation of purchases
• No change of colour/design
• Working days does not include Public/State holidays, Weekend(Saturday& Sunday).
• Estimated delivery lead time is not a definite measurement of delivery lead time. We will always strive to get the products to you as fast as possible.

If you have change of mind or would like to change design, please immediately contact us (either by email or Whatsapp) and we will do the needed to avoid unnecessary process by factory to ship out the item. 

There will be no refund given once we have proceeded to process/pack and ship out to you.
