Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. You can choose to use “Guest checkout” to skip registration. Alternatively, you can register an account with us, so you can track your purchases, save shipping address for future purchases and receive promotions & offers from us.
You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Q. What are the payment methods available?

Q. What if the clothing design or size I placed order is not in stock?(After placing order & payment done)
If clothing design selected is not in stock, or the size is not available, we will contact you back for option of changing or we will offer a full refund.
Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Or, email us to change your shipping address, only before the shipment is shipped out.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it
Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
We ship mainly within Malaysia and Singapore. However, we can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Contact us for shipping rates outside of Malaysia.
When you place an order, the total shipping charges will be calculated based on the total product weight. Some items may be offered free shipping, indicated at the product page itself. This way, you can save further when more items are purchased as the shipping cost reduces per item.
The weight of any product can be found on the product page as well.
Is there tracking number provided?
Yes, all shipments have a tracking number and can be tracked online via our delivery partners.
How do I track my Order?
You can track your orders by clicking on the “Track Shipment” page, and entering the tracking number which is sent to your email.
Is there warranty provided?
Products shown do not come with warranty or money back guarantee, unless specified in the product page. It is important to understand our store terms & condition prior to your purchase.
Who is the delivery service provider?
We engage a few trusted delivery partners and our main choices are GDEX, Poslaju, independent delivery companies if within Peninsula Malaysia.
East Malaysia, our preferred choice is Poslaju, Pos parcel and also GDEX courier.
Singapore, we engage local delivery courier such as Ninja, ABX or Singpost.
How long does it take to receive my item?
Delivery to your doorstep will take anywhere between 3-10 working days(depending on items purchased & delivery location) which is fully traceable.
Delivery timing/estimation for items such as clothing are also indicated at the product page.
Pre-order items will have different lead time.
This is not inclusive on formalities which may occur, depending on your country’s customs regulations. (which is beyond our control)
What do you mean by working days?
Working days refer to general working days such as Mondays – Fridays.
Saturdays, Sundays, Public holiday and local state holidays are not included.
How fast are my orders processed?
We will process and ship your orders within 2-3 working days, provided full payment is made for the purchase.
If for unforeseen reason the item purchase are not in stock, we will contact you back and advice alternative options.
How do I know if my order is shipped out?
You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once item is shipped out.
Where will my orders be shipped from?
We have various distribution centers in Asia, to fulfill and ship out orders.
Do you guarantee the delivery timing?
No, we don’t.
Can I change my orders if my items have not arrived?
Yes, provided we have not started processing your orders. Please contact us soonest for this.
Can I cancel my order, after payment is made?
To be fair, if we have started processing your orders, we are not able to cancel your order. However, if we have not started processing your orders, then yes, we are able to cancel the order.

Can I change the items ordered with other items of same, less or more value?
Yes, we are able to change based on availability. However, changes are only applicable to items of same or more in terms of value.

Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, but only if we have not shipped out the items.

Can I return the items purchased for a full refund?
What is the item received is faulty/damaged?
If you have received items in such condition, please contact us immediately within 3 working days of receiving the item. We will gladly guide you on the next step from there on.
Clothing Size Exchange/Return Policy
For apparel/clothing, please understand fully on the measurements by referring to the size chart on product page, and your own body measurements before purchasing. This is to ensure you get a better fit and look great! If you are not sure, please consult us, and we will be glad to help out.
